( The Brief — AI tools assessment )

You're losing a day a week.
Let's find out where.

Forty-five minutes on a call. A report five days later naming the tools that give the time back, what each costs, and how long it takes to set up. No jargon, no transformation programme, no retainer.

( Your number, not ours )

What is slow follow-up already costing you?

Move the sliders. We're not going to quote you an industry statistic, this is just your own arithmetic with nothing hidden in it.

Gone to enquiries that waited too long for an answer and quietly went somewhere else.

The Brief costs $299. That leak is 120× the price of finding it.

( What you get )

Three things, and nothing you didn't ask for.

01

A 45-minute call

Recorded, with your say-so. We walk through how work actually moves through your business. Nothing gets pitched on this call, it's for questions only.

02

A report in five days

Three to seven specific tools. Each with the problem it solves, what it costs a month, how long setup takes, and the hours it gives back per week.

03

A 30-minute review

We go through it together so you know exactly where to start. The report is yours to keep, act on in-house, or hand to somebody else.

( How it works )

Four steps. About a week.

01

You book and pay

$299, up front, so there's nothing to chase afterwards. You get the terms before you pay anything, not after.

02

We talk for 45 minutes

Your day, the tasks you dread, where work piles up, what you've tried before that didn't stick. Concrete questions, honest answers.

03

I do the research

I go through the recording properly, then find tools that fit a business your size. Every recommendation gets checked by hand before it reaches you.

04

Report, then we review it

It arrives before the call so you have time to read it. Then thirty minutes together, and a four-day plan to get the first wins in place.

( The guarantee )
5hours a week, minimum

Find less than that and you pay nothing.

So neither of us can argue about it later, here is exactly how an hour gets counted. It only counts when all three are true:

  1. You named it. The task came up on the call and it's in the recording. Nothing gets counted that I assumed.
  2. It repeats. Every day, every week, every deal, or every client. One-off work doesn't count.
  3. Something specific fixes it. A named tool or a named build, with an honest setup estimate attached.

Add up the weekly hours across every recommendation. Under five, you get a full refund, and you keep whatever I did find.

( Fit )

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit
  • Five to thirty people
  • Founder, CEO, or the ops lead who can decide alone
  • Remote or distributed, so the work already lives in tools
  • You feel the drag daily and want it to pay for itself
Not a fit
  • You want to hire a person, not build a system
  • You want a research project rather than something that pays back
  • You're after a strategy deck about AI
  • You've already mapped this and just need it built, that's The Build
( After the quick wins )

Some things a tool can't fix.

Most of what turns up has an off-the-shelf answer. Some of it doesn't, and the report says so plainly. These need building, and they're where the real time usually hides.

Lead-reply agent

Answers every new enquiry in under a minute, day or night. Usually the first thing worth building once you see what slow replies actually cost.

Invoice chaser

Follows unpaid invoices politely and relentlessly until they're settled, without anybody having to feel awkward about it.

Review responder

Replies to every review in your voice, before your competitors have finished their coffee.

If any of those are worth doing, that's a separate conversation and a separate quote. Nothing in the assessment obliges you to have it.

( Questions )

The obvious objections.

Why is this paid when everyone else offers a free audit?

Because a free audit is a sales call wearing a costume, and both sides know it. Paying means I work for you rather than for the pitch at the end, and it means I can tell you to do nothing if that's the honest answer. The guarantee puts the risk on me, not you.

I already know what my problems are. What am I paying for?

Most people do know. What they don't have is time to work out which of four hundred tools actually fits a business their size, what it costs, and whether it's worth the setup. That research is the product. Knowing the problem and knowing the fix are different jobs.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If anything it's easier if you're not, because you'll describe the work rather than the software. Nothing in the report assumes you can code, and the four-day plan is written for someone with ten minutes a day.

What if I want you to build the fixes instead of doing it myself?

That's a separate engagement and it starts at $1,500. If you sign one within thirty days, the $299 comes off it. There's no obligation either way, and the report works fine in someone else's hands.

What happens if you don't find five hours?

You get every penny back and you keep the report anyway. I'd rather refund you than argue about whether an hour counts, which is exactly why the three rules are written down.

How soon can we start?

As soon as there's a slot. The call is 45 minutes, the report lands five business days later, and the review is thirty minutes after that. Start to finish it's about a week and a half of calendar time and 75 minutes of yours.

Seventy-five minutes of your time.
Worst case, you get your money back.
